About Nina
Nina John has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, with a passion to make people look and feel beautiful. Inspired by high fashion and artistic looks, she has studied under some of the most prestigious instructors to learn the latest techniques.
Prior to her work as a hairstylist, Nina spent several years as a professional makeup artist for a large corporate company. Working on magazine editorials and photoshoots, she used her hair and makeup skills to create different looks.
Being a salon educator for many years, she believes that continuing education is one of the most important keys to being a success.
Nina has always had dreams of being a salon owner, and in 2023, that dream became a reality. With hard work and determination, Nina opened her first storefront salon, LUXE Color Bar. With a spacious open floor and a fresh, clean, modern design, she is looking forward to curating a team of talented stylists to inspire creativity.
