Salon Policies

To Secure Your Appointment

Your credit card is required to secure your appointment. It will be safely stored with our booking app, Gloss Genius. Your card may be charged and immediately refunded $1 to confirm card function.

Further charges will only occur for cancellation fees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

In order to provide you the best possible service, a 24 hour advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, or failing to arrive to your scheduled appointment will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the estimated service price.

Late Arrivals

Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients running more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and cancellation fees apply.

Premium Appointments and
Wait List

If you are unable to find a suitable appointment, feel free to contact us directly to arrange a Premium Appointment time.

Premium Appointments are appointments that are taken outside of normal business hours, and are charged an additional 20% of the total service cost.

If a premium appointment isn't an option, you can be added to the wait list. Whenever an appointment opens up, you will be the first contacted to have the opportunity to take the appointment. If the open appointment doesn't get filled, then it will be posted to social media.
